Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If processing is extended because of a high volume of orders, Oak & Origin will provide an email update with the expected dispatch timing.
Delivery within Australia
Standard domestic delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days from dispatch. Orders are shipped using courier or postal services with tracking.
Rural or remote areas may take longer.

International delivery
Standard international delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days from dispatch to selected destinations. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Timing can vary with destination, customs clearance and local delivery services.
Customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
