01 · The simple routine
Care without over-treating the timber
Wipe gently
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for everyday dust and marks.
Dry promptly
Do not soak timber or allow moisture to sit on the surface for extended periods.
Keep heat & abrasives away
Avoid prolonged direct heat and abrasive cleaning products.
Oak
Natural variation is part of the material.
Oak pieces can vary in grain, tone and pattern. Clean gently, keep them dry between uses and follow any product-specific care or installation instructions first.
Walnut
Warm colour can deepen with time.
Walnut varies naturally in tone and grain. Use the same gentle wipe-and-dry routine and avoid aggressive cleaners that can affect the finish.
02 · Kitchen & serving
Wipe after use and do not leave water sitting on the surface.
For trays, turntables and kitchen organisers, wipe spills or marks after use and dry promptly. Do not soak timber pieces or use a harsh dishwasher-style cleaning cycle unless a product-specific instruction expressly allows it.
03 · Bathroom & wall pieces
Let timber dry between uses where practical.
Keep timber surfaces dry between uses and follow the product page for any installation, surface or placement guidance. If a piece uses suction, mounting hardware or another fixing system, the product-specific instructions take priority.
